Castle Pines

This suburban home, built in the late 80's, had been used as a rental for 8 years before the current owners purchased it. They wanted to update the entire home's look and feel and add an additional bedroom and bathroom. We worked with the existing layout of the home, changing part of it while keeping the other half intact, to maximize the space according to the owners' vision. We opted for a coastal transitional style that would remain timeless while matching the exterior of the home's overall style.
