Dahlia

This small home on a corner lot in North Park Hill had an outdated layout and was in need of modernization. We expanded the home by adding a story, while keeping the exterior design in line with the original craftsman bungalow style. To fully utilize the space, we dug out the basement to give it 9-foot ceilings. Inside, we implemented a modern floor plan with a new layout to make the home feel more spacious and functional. The end result is a stunning craftsman home that now stands out as a beacon in the neighborhood.
