This over 100-year-old home was a traditional corner-lot bungalow situated on a large lot. Having been owned by only three families over the years, it had not been updated or remodeled in decades. With the goal of giving the home a modern, open feel while still respecting its original design, we worked within its existing footprint and reconfigured the layout. The result is a beautiful home with dedicated spaces for every member of the family. We preserved the home's unique features, such as modern ceiling beams, while adding wood paneling to the office and a traditional built-in fireplace that fits seamlessly with the home's origins.
